Each suite is uniquely decorated, meets high quality standards, sleeps 4 comfortably, offers a queen size bedroom, full kitchen, large living room with queen size sleep sofa.
All rooms have a porch/outdoor sitting area with table and chairs.
Some rooms have ocean views or views of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve.
East Winds is just steps to beautiful Wells Beach, has a trolley pickup right next door and has private garage parking available.

No refunds for early departures
No refunds for cancellations with less then 14 days notice
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee
Two night minimum stay required on weekends
Three night minimum stay required on holiday weekends
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
SORRY, NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED IN UNITS
CHECK IN 3:00 pm - CHECK OUT 11:00 am
Late checkouts are subject to additional fees

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations. Deposit must be received within 14 days after reservations are made or reservation will be canceled. If your reservations are canceled prior to 14 days of your arrival date, a refund will be issued less the $25 cancellation fee. If canceled within 14 days, a partial refund may be issued only if all rooms are rented. A refund will not be issued for an early departure.
